6356095 Canada Inc. (formerly Excapsa Software Inc.) to pay capital gains dividend
MONTREAL , July 3 /PRNewswire/ - XMT Liquidations Inc. ("XMT"), the court appointed liquidator of 6356095 Canada Inc. (formerly Excapsa Software Inc.), announces that it has received the requisite clearance from the Canada Revenue Agency in connection with the payment of a US $10 million capital gains dividend to registered shareholders.
6356095 Canada Inc. currently has 194,880,883 outstanding shares. Accordingly, registered shareholders will receive US $0.0513 per share.
XMT anticipates that the capital gains dividend will be paid within the next 30 days. The payments will be made in US dollars.
As payments will be made to registered shareholders only, beneficial holders are encouraged to contact their brokers to arrange for delivery of funds.
