CONTECH Acquires Plateau Pipe Company
WEST CHESTER, Ohio , July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- CONTECH Construction Products Inc. announced today that it had acquired certain assets of the Plateau Pipe Company headquartered in Cookeville, Tennessee .

The Plateau Pipe Company is a manufacturer of corrugated metal pipe with customers inTennessee,Kentucky,Georgia,Alabama,North Carolina andSouth Carolina. CONTECH will continue to utilize itsCookeville facility as a distribution center.
