Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza to Open 18th Location Since 2002 Launch
POMPANO BEACH, Fla., July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza (ACFP) continues its remarkable expansion July 2 with the opening of its 18th location since premiering in 2002. The newest ACFP, the first outsideFlorida, will be located at 6569 Las Vegas Blvd. in Town Square Las Vegas, an open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination on The Strip.
TheSouth Florida-based concept, which uses authentic coal-burning ovens to create "well done pizzas," first premiered seven years ago inFort Lauderdale, Fla. The company plans to continue its significant growth throughoutFlorida and also is targeting the Northeast.

Known for its high energy atmosphere and signature menu items, ACFP uses 800-degree anthracite coal-burning ovens and the highest quality ingredients. Anthracite is known to be the "cleanest" of coals, burning smoke free with extremely high heat. Known for its simple and consistent menu, the restaurant will also feature its popular coal-oven-roasted chicken wings topped with grilled onions and signature Italian-style salad, as well as other Italian specialties.
Hours of operation are 11:30 a.m. - midnight Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. - 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. In addition to dining in, patrons have the option of take out by calling (702) 361-7500.
