Each guest may choose either one and a half pounds of Alaskan King Crab Legs served with drawn butter or a mixed grill featuring Filet Mignon and three-quarters of a pound of Alaskan King Crab Legs for only $99 for two guests. Also included in the three-course "Memorable Meal" are two Butter Lettuce Salads with Citrus Dressing, Gala Apples and Garden-Basil Chiffonade; side offerings of Warm Yukon Gold Potato Salad and Summer Squash; and two Summer Berry Cobblers with Slow-Churned Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert.

Fleming's "Memorable Meals" bring back your favorite dining experiences - the ones that capture the place, the time, the flavors and the people you share them with. Chef Skall's latest "Memorable Meal" creation was inspired by his time inAlaska.

"In Alaska, there are three kinds of King Crab--red, blue and golden. Red is considered the best, and it reminds me of the days when I was up inAlaska opening a restaurant. I'd get in a little fishing before lunch, and when I'd get back to the pier, I'd watch the boats unload pounds and pounds of wild-caught red Alaskan King Crab. For me, as a chef, this was like seeing pure inspiration. So many delicious ideas would run through my mind, I could almost taste them. This summer, I'm bringing them to life for guests of Fleming's."

This "Memorable Meal" is available for a limited time from July 1 through August 31, 2009 at all Fleming's locations nationwide. Guests making reservations for the "Memorable Meal" online will receive a $25 Fleming's Card at the end of their meal; the $25 Card is valid September 1-31, 2009 in the main dining room only. *$99 and $49.50 price does not include tax and gratuity.
