ATLANTA , July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rollins, Inc., a premier North American consumer and commercial services company (NYSE: ROL), announced today share repurchases for the second quarter of 2009 totaling 700,400 shares of its $1 par value common stock at a weighted average price of $16.90 per share with a total of 1,303,800 shares purchased year-to-date. In total, 3,324,991 additional shares may be purchased under its share repurchase program.
