Residents of Jamestown and Edgeley, North Dakota, to Benefit From Verizon Wireless Network Enhancements

JAMESTOWN, N.D. July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Wireless, the wireless company with the highest customer loyalty, has activated a new cell site nearJamestown and another inEdgeley, which will enable more customers to use their wireless phones concurrently to make calls; send and receive email and text, picture and video messages; access the Internet; view high-quality videos; and download music, games and ringtones, while enjoying clearer reception and fewer dropped calls.

The newJamestown area cell site, located near the intersection of Interstate 94 and U.S. Highway 281, improves coverage on the southern side ofJamestown, including the Buffalo Shopping Mall.

The new cell site inEdgeley improves coverage within the town and north along U.S. Highway 281 to County Road 35, south on U.S. Highway 281 to 78th Street Southeast, east on State Highway 13 to County Road 62 and west on State Highway 13 to 76th Avenue Southeast.
