Cory A. Eaves Joins General Atlantic as Senior Vice President

GA Adds Technology Expert to its Resources Group

GREENWICH, Conn., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- General Atlantic LLC (GA), a leading global growth equity firm, today announced that Cory A. Eaves has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President. In this role, Mr. Eaves will provide technology and operations expertise and strategic counsel to GA's investment teams and its portfolio companies as part of the firm's Resources Group.

Mr. Eaves joins General Atlantic from Misys plc, a global provider of software and services to the healthcare and financial services industries, where he was Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors for AllscriptsMisys. Mr. Eaves brings more than 20 years of operational experience, including previously serving as Chief Technology Officer of SSA Global, one of the world's largest enterprise software providers and a former General Atlantic portfolio company. Prior to that, he held management and technology positions at a number of technology firms, including Infinium, Lycos and Emerson Electric.
