Mosaic Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2009 Earnings Release and Conference Call

PLYMOUTH, Minn. , July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) plans to issue its fourth quarter and fiscal year fiscal 2009 earnings results and financial tables on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Results will be available on Mosaic's Investor website at mosaicco.com.

The Company will host a conference call with presentation slides on Thursday, July 23, 2009, to discuss the results. The call will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time) and will last no longer than 60 minutes.
