F3 Technologies Inks Strategic Partnership With Online Payment Processing Firm Paymenting, LLC
F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH)
announced today that it has signed a strategic partnership with online
payment solutions provider Paymenting, LLC of Woodstock, IL effective July
1, 2009. This partnership enables Paymenting, LLC to resell and deploy the
Interaction Community System (InteractionCS) exclusively throughout the
State of Illinois which will in turn integrate with Paymenting's payment
processing solutions for any and all financial transactions that take place
within the System.
Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies, had this to say about Paymenting,
"Payment processing is a vital feature within the Interaction Community
System. This feature enables users of all levels to make and/or receive
payments online such as HOA dues, donations, contributions, vendor payments
and taxes etc. via ACH (direct debit from bank) and/or credit card
transactions. Paymenting has shown us a very efficient way to handle these
payments. Their ACH and Credit Card solutions will offer our users a low
cost alternative to sites like PayPal. Once we integrate their lockbox
solution, we'll be able say to our customers 'Use our system and never
enter a check again.' We will truly be an all-in-one solution for Community
Associations."
Casey Clark, CEO of Paymenting, LLC, states, "We've been working in the
Community Management industry for a few years, and we haven't seen an
online management tool nearly as robust as InteractionCS. No other product
on the market offers such an extensive networking application, management
tools, and a full accounting suite. By adding our payment solutions,
InteractionCS is now that much further ahead of the competition."
An ever increasing number of people are turning to the internet as a means
to conduct certain banking transactions. It is estimated that over
60,000,000 people in the US alone bank online. The Interaction Community
System along with strategic partners such as Paymenting, LLC offers its
users the tools to make online payments, receive payments, make donations,
contributions, reservation and much, much more.
