Coors Light Brings Cold Refreshment to the 2009 Essence Music Festival

as the official beer sponsor of the 15th Annual 2009 Coca
Cola Essence Music Festival, which takes place over the 4th
of July weekend in New Orleans.
The Essence Music Festival is considered one of the premier African
American cultural events of the summer. The natural affinity between

features hot talent this year - including Beyonce, John Legend, Maxwell
and Lionel Ritchie. While the Festival heats up, festival participants

During the festival, Coors Light will host the Coors Light Refreshment
Lounge at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center where fans of legal

Coors Light will partner with popular Atlanta radio personality Ryan
Cameron of V-103. Cameron will broadcast live from the Lounge, featuring
interviews with entertainers Keri Hilson, Eric Benet and John Legend.
Fans also will have an opportunity to get autographs and take pictures
with the celebrities.
Each night of the weekend-long celebration of music will conclude with a
well-known mix of heritage artists, new chart-topping acts, as well as
local favorites. Among those slated to appear on the main stage this
year are Anita Baker, Al Green, En Vogue, Salt N Pepa and Maze --
featuring Frankie Beverly.
