The Jean Coutu Group (PJC) Inc. (the "Company" or the "Jean Coutu Group") (TSX: PJC.A) wishes to remind the public that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday July 7, 2009, at 9:30 am ET at the Head Office of the Company, 551 Beriault Street, Longueuil, Quebec.
