DALLAS - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has signed
contracts totaling approximately $1.5 million to provide product
upgrades to Bernalillo County in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the Town
of Brookhaven, New York, for Tyler's Appraisal & Tax Solution, iasWorld.
Designed by industry professionals, iasWorld provides Web-based,
GIS enabled tools to help jurisdictions manage appraisal business
processes and the entire property tax life-cycle. It is a comprehensive
solution delivering powerful tools for computer-aided mass appraisal,
personal property valuation, assessment administration, tax billing and

additional flexibility and power with this unified appraisal system as
well as a more robust appraisal search tool for their constituents.
"We are pleased to integrate iasWorld into the assessor's office
database. It has been a priority to make these needed upgrades," said
Karen L. Montoya, Bernalillo County assessor. "I feel that the
implementation will aid in fusing employee tasks. We will be able to
gather internal information rapidly and provide taxpayers with a new
search system. I am proud of this extraordinary integrated system's
advancement which has been years in the making."
"We are excited that Bernalillo County and the Town of Brookhaven have
chosen to reinvest in Tyler," commented Andrew Teed, president of
Tyler's Appraisal & Tax solutions. "iasWorld is a truly
integrated solution that will enable both counties to streamline their
processes and improve overall efficiency."

within the Albuquerque metropolitan area and is home to over 635,000
people. By successfully implementing Tyler's electronic recording
solution, Bernalillo County recently earned a Technology Excellence

Metropolitan Court also uses Tyler's Odyssey courts and
justice solution as a part of an agreement to provide the State of New
Mexico's judiciary with the integrated case management software solution.
The Town of Brookhaven stretches from the North Shore to the South Shore
of Long Island, New York, in Suffolk County. Part of the New York City
metropolitan area, the town has a population of more than 400,000 and is
