Indian Soldier Commits Suicide in Kashmir

Srinagar, June 26: An Indian army soldier committed suicide in Kashmir by shooting himself from his own service rifle.
A police spokesman said that an Indian soldier identified Dev Kumar (No 1515203AK) committed suicide inside his Field Regiment camp at Panzgam, Kupwara in North Kashmir yesterday. "He fired towards himself from his own service life," the spokesman said.
He said that police and army have taken up separate investigations to ascertain the cause of the dead.
