Professional Golfer Kyle Stanley Joins the Transamerica "Power of the Pyramid®" Team

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - (BUSINESS WIRE) - When he steps onto the green this week making his professional debut, Kyle Stanley will be wearing the Transamerica logo on his apparel. Transamerica companies announced today the addition of Stanley-Golfweek Amateur ranked third in the world and second among U.S. players-to its roster of professional golf sponsorships. AEGON and its subsidiary Transamerica companies began supporting up-and-coming golfers in 2004 when they signed Masters Champion and Cedar Rapids native, Zach Johnson. Taylor Leon, professional women's golfer, joined the AEGON/Transamerica team upon turning pro in 2007.

He also recently received the Hogan Award given to the top college/amateur golfer, and at just 21 he has already qualified and competed in two U.S. Opens.
