Kevin Melia Joins Vette Corp Board of Directors
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Vette

announced today that Kevin Melia has joined Vette's board of directors
as its Non-executive Chairman. Mr. Melia has extensive experience in
leading rapidly growing, global high-tech companies at both the
executive and board levels.

facing IT equipment manufacturers and data center owners at the

Mr. Melia has extensive experience as Chairman of both public and
private boards and has worked with both private equity and Wall Street
in raising capital; he has taken companies public on the New York,
London, and Dublin stock exchanges. Currently, he is a member of the
Boards of Radisys Corporation, Analogic Corporation, Greatbatch Corp,
DCC PLC, and C&S Wholesale Grocers, the twelfth largest private company
in the U.S. His prior experience includes co-founding Manufacturers'
Services Ltd. in 1994, where he served as its Chairman and CEO. Under
his leadership, MLS grew to be the sixth largest EMS firm worldwide and
went public in 2000. Mr. Melia has also held several senior executive
positions at Sun Microsystems including Chief Financial Officer,
Executive VP of Operations and President of Sun Microsystems Computer
Company. Mr. Melia began his career at Digital Equipment Corp. where
over a seventeen year career he held a number of senior operational
positions, his final position as Corporate Vice President of Supply
Chain Management. Mr. Melia is a Chartered Accountant (FCMA) of the U.K.
and Ireland, and holds a JDIPMA from Accounting Institutes of U.K. and
Ireland.
