UFO Sightings Around Vail, CO

As the MUFON investigator who was the target of Mr. Reyes in his article 'Epidemic of UFO Sightings In Vail Valley, Colorado' I feel the need to respond to his comments. First of all, I wrote a 'Letter to the Editor' that was printed in the Vail Daily. There never was an article. I wrote the letter to inform the public as to these UFO sighting reports in the hopes of getting more witnesses to respond.

Secondly, MUFON keeps the names of witnesses confidential, so no names were mentioned in the 'Letter to the Editor'. Third, the 18 year-old who had the close encounter with the alien craft in Basalt was interviewed by another MUFON investigator who operates the UFOs Northwest web site. He found the witness creditable and included his sighting on this site, along with a drawing the witness did of the UFO.

The witness who took the photo of the UFO at A-Basin has taken hundreds of photos of aircraft in association with the chemtrail phenomena, and is familiar with aircraft speeds. His estimate that the craft was moving at 1,500 mph is, Mr. Reyes, just an estimate based on his many observations. His photo can be seen on the UFOs Northwest site. The witnesses to the other UFO sightings, some of whom were known to me, were all creditable people who observed something incredible, and felt the need to report it.

What I do not find creditable is Mr. Reyes, who violated the first rule of modern journalism "Get the facts first... you can distort them later". He failed to do any research on the facts and distorted what I did write in my letter.
