Travelers Championship Officially Begins with Opening BellSM Ceremony at the NYSE

NEW YORK - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The 2009 Travelers Championship will officially begin when Travelers Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jay Fishman rings the Opening Bell at the New York Stock Exchange with colleagues from Travelers and PGA TOUR professionals on Monday, June 22, at 9:30 a.m. ET.

The following PGA TOUR players who are expected to compete in the 2009 Travelers Championship are scheduled to be in attendance:

• Stewart Cink, 2008 winner of the Travelers Championship, five time winner on the PGA TOUR and member of the victorious 2008 Ryder Cup team
• Stuart Appleby, eight time winner on the PGA TOUR, ranks 14^th in career earnings
• Hunter Mahan, 2007 winner of the Travelers Championship and member of the 2008 Ryder Cup winning team
• J.J. Henry, 2006 winner of Connecticut's PGA TOUR event, currently ranks 40^th in scoring average on the PGA TOUR
