Hamptons Get Bootylicious With MobileFIT Solutions' Booty Slide

Former Ms. Galaxy and Tri-Fitness Competition finalist, Kordecki slides into Montauk's The Surf Lounge, Bridgehampton's The Barn and Bridgehampton Beach Club for summer.

Celebrity fitness trainer and creator of the Booty Slide workout, Rebecca Kordecki, re-launches Booty Slide Fitness in the Hamptons for Summer 2009. Booty Slide is a workout that lifts, shapes and firms the buttocks while clients slide their way to cardiovascular fitness using nothing but a pair of booties on their feet and their own body weight.

Booty Slide, a fusion of slide training, cardio and core training and often referred to as Radu meets Lotte Berk, launched successfully in the Hamptons in May 2008 and immediately found a following. After slipping on a pair of soft booties, participants slide and glide their way to their ideal body. In just 40 minutes, participants see results that would normally take triple the time at their local gym. By incorporating sliding and lunge movements, Booty Slide strengthens the core while targeting problem areas such as the hips, buns and thighs.

Kordecki has become well known in the fitness world and boasts an elite roster of clients ranging from Raquel Welch, Elijah Wood and Oliver Stone to Hunter Tylo, Scott Wolf, Rick Fox and Dwayne Johnson, a.k.a. The Rock. A former Ms. Galaxy and Tri-Fitness Competition finalist, Kordecki is also an official spokesperson for various fitness companies and products.

Kordecki's Boot Camp - which will be featured at the hip, hot spot The Surf Lodge in Montauk - is appropriately being called, "Bikini Boot Camp," and will offer to the general public and The Surf Lodge guests a way to stay fit this summer, all while taking in the beautiful beaches of Montauk.
