Avow Systems, Inc. Announces Dr. Dennis Dulniak As Vice President For Higher Education Services

Avow Systems, Inc., the leading provider of services for certifying and securing electronic documents for educational institutions, announced today the appointment of Dr. Dennis J. Dulniak as Vice President for Higher Education Services, effective July 20, 2009.

Dennis joins Avow Systems after providing over 35 years of dedicated service to the higher education community, most recently serving as University Registrar at the University of Central Florida. He got his start as Assistant Registrar at the University of Rochester and continued his distinguished career at Montana State University, Ohio Wesleyan University, Lander University, and Austin Peay State University.

Among professional associations and leadership roles, Dennis has served as President of Tennessee Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (TACRAO) and chaired many committees at the state level, Southern Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (SACRAO) and American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO).
