4Point acquires FormDriven

authoring tool that facilitates the design and development of interactive

intelligent PDF forms within a rich, engaging interface built with Adobe

(R) Flex(R), a key component of the Adobe(R) Flash(R) Platform. This

acquisition strengthens 4Point's offering of repeatable solutions built

on Adobe enterprise technology.
