Shepherd Smith Edwards & Kantas LLP Files Claim for Client of Londo Financial Group, Ray Londo and Linsco Private Ledger (LPL)

According to official records made public by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA.org), Ray Londo was terminated from Linsco Private Ledger (LPL) earlier this year for failing to follow "Firm Policy related to the lending/borrowing of funds from clients." It is improper for FINRA registered representatives to borrow funds from clients or to even accept checks made out to the broker personally.
