SpiderOak Launches Affiliate Program for Online Backup/Sync Services

Offers New Revenue Stream for Cyber-Marketers, Webmasters, Bloggers

CHICAGO, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Online data manager SpiderOak (https://spideroak.com) today announced a new affiliate program allowing cyber-marketers, webmasters, bloggers and others with an online presence to earn money for referral click-thrus that result in new subscribers to SpiderOak's online backup, synchronization and file sharing services. Referrals can take the form of a link to the SpiderOak website or a unique promotion code.

Affiliates will earn commissions of up to 50% on premium SpiderOak subscriptions as well as free SpiderOak sign-ups generated by click-thrus from the affiliate's website or other online communications. Additionally, affiliates will receive ongoing revenue based on the amount of data their referrals use. Performance-based prizes such as iPods, iTunes gift cards and airline tickets will be distributed through affiliate incentive contests and other promotions.
