(BUSINESS WIRE) Managed Maintenance, Inc. (MMI) selected John Pratt as its new Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Pratt will lead MMI's new growth initiatives while leveraging his 30 years of industry experience and management expertise to architect the company's future as the leader in the maintenance supply-chain marketplace.

Pratt provided Executive Leadership in three of the four major IBM Global Services lines of business. "John Pratt's breadth of experience and leadership has allowed him to develop a unique market perspective that aligns perfectly with the mission of MMI," said Tina Lux, MMI President and shareholder.

Prior to joining MMI, Pratt served as Senior Vice-President of Services for Agylisys and Vice-President of Channels for IBM Global Services. Pratt filled several executive roles during his 30-year tenure at IBM. He led the Business Consulting Services department for the Eastern U.S. and served as Vice-President of Business Development in the sales and distribution division, developing critical initiatives for IBM Business Partners to access new markets and generate new revenues.

"The opportunity to lead MMI at a time when the company is poised on the cusp of accomplishing something truly remarkable - to change the way manufacturers, distributors, VARs, and their end-users interact - was not one to be missed," Pratt said in a statement.

ABOUT MANAGED MAINTENANCE, INC. - MMI, the maintenance supply chain market leader, allows manufacturers (OEM's), channel business partners, distributors and service providers the ability to monitor the timing of renewals and equipment replacement cycles, and generate leads to drive new equipment sales and/or conversion renewal revenues, while increasing client satisfaction.
