Prohibition Beverages Acquires The p.i.n.k. Spirits Company

PHILADELPHIA , April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Prohibition Beverage, Inc. officially announced today its acquisition of The p.i.n.k. Spirits Company (d/b/a/ High Energy Holdings). Founded in 2006, p.i.n.k. Spirits is the world's first producer of ultra-premium caffeine and guarana infused vodka. Its flagship product, the award-winning p.i.n.k. Vodka, has been noted as one of the most successful new vodka launches in history, leading the market in caffeinated spirits.

p.i.n.k. Vodka is currently distributed in 41 states and five countries. The p.i.n.k.
