Alvarez, will participate in a panel discussion at Capacity USA 2009. The session,
"Evaluating Alternative Technologies to Enable End-to-End Services Delivery
and Optimize Local and Regional Connectivity," will occur on Wednesday,
April 22, from 10:45am to 11:30am at the Marriott New York Marquis in New
York, NY.
Alvarez and other industry experts will discuss a range of topics,
