Letter to the Editor
Response to "Crisis: America's Secret Success Plan"
Dear Mr. Wasilewski,
Today I came across your article "Crisis: America's Secret Success Plan" published on Newblaze.com.
What prompted me to write is that I believe you are incorrectly analyzing the effect that this world economic crisis is having on China. China is the biggest creditor to the US and as such is in much better economic shape than the US, which is the world's biggest debtor.
Furthermore, China has been using some of its massive surpluses to invest in domestic infrastructure and job creation. And unlike the US it can do this with out printing money. As a result I think it may in fact be China that will benefit from this crisis.
I just completed an interview with Dr. Chalmers Johnson (author of "Blowback," "Sorrows of Empire" and "Nemesis") on this subject in relation to a film I am working on called "China: The Rebirth of an Empire."
An excerpt can be found here (interview): http://seekingalpha.com/article/130969-how-america-s-economic-crisis-may-be-beneficial-to-china
And my film's website: www.chinarebirth.com
