Linköping, Sweden, April 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Power Challenge, a leader in delivering multi-player and management sports games over the web, has launched the next generation of game play for Power Soccer, improving the game mechanics, animations and the ways users interact in the game.

“This marks our biggest effort to date to make Power Soccer the most accessible and highest-quality multiplayer soccer game on the web,” said CEO Frank Sagnier. “We're very excited with the new mouse controls, which are proving to make the game even more intuitive for new users. But we've also taken a great deal of feedback from our core users to really improve the overall feel of the game.”

Power Soccer, with over 80,000 played matches played every day, takes their online soccer experience one step further. By providing increased realism this release brings a greater depth for those already in the game, but also gives the newcomers a gaming – and sports – experience that is easy to grasp.

The new release includes:
· Easier Controls – In addition to their long-standing support of game controllers and keyboard functions, they've introduced mouse controls with simple point and click functionality that makes playing easier and more intuitive than ever before
· Smoother and More Realistic game-play – A deeper, more varied experience and balanced tempo that mimics the real-world soccer experience
· More Control & Precise Movements – Players on the field react instantly to commands, putting users in total control of their team, allowing them to even curve every shot on the field
· Improved Goalie Controls – Provides users with more defensive control than ever before, our goalie functions and animations were completely redesigned base on feedback from our core users
· Better Graphics – More detailed arenas with shadows and animated audience gives the feeling of a real soccer match
