Time Warner Cable Launches The Pentagon Channel in San Diego

Time Warner Cable today announced the launch of the Pentagon Channel in San Diego. Customers can access the military network on channel 137.

"The launch of this channel showcases Time Warner Cable's ongoing commitment to offering an array of unique programming for customers."

The Pentagon Channel brings live Department of Defense news briefings in full, interviews with top Defense officials, short stories about the work of our military, important information about military benefits, and programs from each branch of the services to servicemembers, their families and other interested viewers.

The Pentagon Channel's flagship shows include "Around the Services," a look at what's going on at each branch of the military, and "RECON," a half-hour informational program providing an in-depth look on a variety of topics from real world operations, missions and military events. In addition, the Pentagon Channel offers several military lifestyle programs such as: "Fit for Duty" and "Grill Sergeants."
