Law Office of Richard Tomlinson Settles Class Action Lawsuit Against Drive Financial Services
I applaud the decision of the court and the effort of the Lawyer for the victims. I also had a load with Drive Financial and it was a nightmare from the word GO. Hidden charges of 4.95 a day for being late on a payment, Improper bookkeeping, calling you repeatedly when your payment wasn't due.
ON and on I finally gave the car back. Bought a 700 dollar pick up and now can sleep at night. This company is at the very least the Icon for Predatory Lending. 29% interest on a car loan. If I would have kept the car by the time I got it paid for it would have been an historic vehicle.
