Members Of "Growing In Grace" Church Get 666 Tattoos

For Christians "666" is the mark of the devil, and even skeptics and non-believers consider that symbol bad luck. I imagine it would be next to impossible to sell a house with "666" in its address.

There is a group in Florida that got matching 666 tattoos, believe it or not it's a satanic cult and not a church.

"Surrounded by a mob of news cameras, a group of smiling, well-dressed church members crowded into a South Beach storefront parlor on a recent muggy evening and got matching tattoos of their prophet's symbol: 666.

"Members of Growing in Grace, a controversial religious sect headquartered in Doral, said they were following the example of their leader, Jose Luis De Jesus Miranda, who has claimed to be Jesus and recently declared himself the Antichrist.

Critics have called De Jesus a cult leader who manipulates followers. Church members say he has brought them happiness and spiritual fulfillment." http://www.religionnewsblog.com/17568/jose-luis-de-jesus-miranda-5

Searching souls who join cults or fundamentalist churches with cult-like tendencies don't care if their leader claims to be Jesus Christ or the Antichrist -- as long as he provides them with simple answers to the complexities and ambiguities of life.

Cultists will do anything to stand out from everyone else, whether it's wearing orange robes or getting a 666 tattoo. These fools would be well advised to wear long sleeve shirts for a job interview, nobody is going to hire a clown with a tattoo of the Antichrist.

That controversial tattoo symbolizes the control that this false prophet has over his followers. If Miranda can convince his followers to tattoo 666 on their arms, then there is nothing these sheep won't do in obedience to their master.

I've been told that the female followers of De Jesus make the Fox News hotties look like Plain Janes, but that's not enough of an enticement for me to visit their congregation.

I'm glad these cultists have a 666 tattoo, it will serve as a warning for people to stay away from them. I wish Scientologists, Moonies and other cultists would also brand themselves with the mark of the Beast.
