Century 21 Gold Coast Realty/Inmobia Mountain Bike Team in Nicaragua is Gaining Momentum and Dominating to Start off the 2009 Racing Season

San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, March 31, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Barry Oliver is the Broker/Owner for the Century 21 Gold Coast Realty's three offices in San Juan del Sur, Popoyo the Marina office in Chinandega, and is one of the foremost experts on Real Estate in the area. He is also a team rider and said, “We have put together a team here in Nicaragua that will be very hard to beat. We had the one time national champ, Jose ‘CriCri' Padilla, and we recently picked up the current national champ. Padilla was hit by a bus less than a year ago and almost lost his life with a punctured lung and they nearly amputated his arm. Century 21 Gold Coast Realty was able to help with his hospital bills and it is amazing to even see him back on a bike let alone in racing shape.”

The team competed in the first race of the season on February 28. The Elite division was won by Billy Molina, an Inmobia Regional Director, followed by Ramon Delgado and then Padilla; all 3 team riders. Barry Oliver won the Intermediate division and the Novice division was won by another team rider and Inmobia CMO, Mads Galsgaard.
