Inspirational Author Banned By Facebook
By Alan Gray, NewsBlaze
Facebook has banned people from its system for various infractions. You would not expect to be banned for spreading non-commercial love and joy to your friends.
Fort Lauderdale author Michael Levy, a radio host, and philosopher, had 1700 friends on Facebook who enjoyed his daily inspirational quotes.
On Sunday, the first day of Spring, Levy posted an article with the headline ... "The Do It Yourself Kabbalah Kit."
Later that day his facebook account was disabled and he was banned from using facebook altogether.
His request to facebook for an explanation of this severe action went unanswered. Levy is an inspirational author, whose only message is one of Love and Joy.
It is possible the facebook moderators don't understand that Kabbalah means "receive," the first step of which is to acknowledge where your thoughts and original ideas come from.
A friend suggests that the young facebook moderators may think it means something you might smoke, but that would say more about the moderators than Micharel Levy. It remains to be seen if Levy is reinstated.
Is anyone safe from the wrath of facebook moderators?
