PAC To Air Ad Opposing Scott Murphy's 9/11 Terrorist Stand

In a radio interview on Friday with New York Post State Editor
Fred Dicker's radio show (airing on WGDJ-1300 AM), Democratic
congressional candidate Scott Murphy announced he opposed the
death penalty for terrorirst - even those responsible for the
horrific 9/11 attacks.

This was just the latest revelation of Mr. Murphy's extremely
liberal positions towards the U.S. military and national security issues.

As a result, the Our Country Deserves Better PAC
(http://www.OurCountryPAC.org), one of the largest conservative
political action committees in America, will be broadcasting a
new radio ad that will take Mr. Murphy to task for his far-Left
views and attitudes towards the military and national defense.

The ad features Marine Mom Deborah Johns, and highlights the
numerous stands and announcements from Murphy that have caused an uproar in the military families community. The ad will begin
running on radio stations throughout the 20th Congressional
District on Tuesday, March 24th. The size of the advertising buywill be released on Monday.

The Our Country Deserves Better Committee has already spent
approximately $100,000 on television, radio and online
advertising in support of Republican candidate Jim Tedisco, and
in opposition to Democratic candidate Scott Murphy.

I'm Deborah Johns, proud mother of Marine Staff Sergeant William
Johns.

William has served multiple tours of duty in the War on Terror
because he wanted to give back to the country that has given him
so much.

I've therefore become very active supporting our troop, sending
care packages to our military men and women serving abroad, and
also making sure our leaders stay loyal to the troops.

And let me tell you, I'm furious with Scott Murphy, the liberal
Democrat candidate for Congress.

Mr. Murphy was an anti-military activist in college - fighting
to keep the military's ROTC program off campus.

He co-wrote an editorial calling the military racist, sexist and
homophobic.

Murphy advocates closing down the terrorist prison at GITMO even
though the U.S. Attorney General says some of those terrorists
would likely be released here on American soil.

And now he's announced that he opposes the death penalty for
terrorists - even those who orchestrated the horrific 9/11
attacks.

Folks, our military men and women deserve better than liberal
Democrat Scott Murphy.
