Perot Systems Awarded 10-Year Contract Extension for Swiss Re IT and Administrative Services

PLANO, Texas, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER)(http://www.perotsystems.com/) today announced that it has been awarded a 10-year extension to its current administrative services agreement with Swiss Re, a leading and highly diversified global reinsurer. The agreement further strengthens the decade long relationship between the companies. Under terms of the renewal agreement, Perot Systems will continue to provide ongoing administrative and business process services, including support for new Swiss Re acquisitions, customer service and transaction processing through Perot Systems LifeSys(TM) full service policy administration platform.
