construction starts. Currently, there are ten major industrial projects
totaling more than $4.7 billion that have just gotten under way with civil
site preparation activity and are gearing up for full fledged construction
in 2009. For example, Duke Energy Corporation (NYSE:DUK) (Charlotte, North
Carolina) is gearing up for mechanical construction kickoff for a
630-megawatt integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) unit addition at
the Edwardsport Generating Station in Edwardsport, Indiana.
