SARASOTA, Fla. , March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Technologies Group, Inc., (Pink Sheets: GTGP), has completed the formation of the company's Group members.

They are exceptional professionals in their fields. They include Chemical Engineers, molecular and biological engineers, builders and developers, the former director of Region 3 for the E.P.A. and large well known remediation companies with clearance for work on D.O.D. and D.O.E. projects. For further information about our company and the group members, please visit the company's website http://www.glbtech.com.

According to James Fallacaro, President of Global, "This will enable Global to market exclusively to third parties, including cities, towns, states and the federal government, properties under their jurisdiction, the MBS remediation process in Brownfield sites (currently over 450,000 in the U.S.) and redevelopment sites as well as negotiating contaminated property acquisitions for the company's own portfolio." Mr. Fallacaro added, "We will be working with our partners individually or in partnership with local governments, and 'clean up' the property that previously could not be utilized due to the excessive heavy metal contamination for development by our group. In addition, with the remediation technologies used by our remediation partners, we will be able to handle all clean up of contaminated soils which are contaminated with additional environmental hazardous waste."

Global utilizes under exclusive license, the MBS technology for Brownfield and Redevelopment sites. MBS (Molecular Bonding System) renders metal-contaminated soil inert and has passed the United States EPA Multiple Extraction Procedure (MEP) 1,000 year test, showing that the technology permanently stops heavy metals, such as lead, arsenic and cadmium, from leaching into the environment, including rivers, marshes and streams. This system is especially suited for on-site remediation, eliminating the transportation of contaminated soils to off-site locations. The MBS technology is a product of U.S. patents. U.S. Patent numbers 5,898,093 and 5,877,393.
