CMC FlexCollect(SM) Solution enables lender to be production ready to support the new program on the first day of the President's announcement.

NEWARK, Del. (EWORLDWIRE) Mar 10, 2009

Bridgeforce, a leading consultancy in credit, collections, and risk management, and its technology partner, Collections Marketing Center, Inc. ("CMC") announced the successful launch of a new "Making HOME Affordable" Plan solution for a leading mortgage lender within seven days of notification.

Bridgeforce and CMC solution enabled the mortgage lender to respond to inquiries, on the first day of the program (March 4, 2009), from customers (portfolio and serviced) about their qualification for President Barack Obama's new "Making HOME Affordable" plan. Targeted segmentation, advanced communication channels, a treatment decision support tool, and specially educated representatives to qualify and support customer inquiries related to the newly launched "Making HOME Affordable" program are included in the solution. CMC's patented FlexCollect Multi-Channel Adaptive Loss Mitigation and Collections Platform enables customer self-service and qualification through a custom web solution along with the traditional live agent servicing options, including customer request tracking through the entire loan modification and/or refinance processes.

"It was critically important to our client to be prepared to support homeowners in need of assistance and to provide for a positive customer experience during this time of difficulty.," says Dawn Willey, Bridgeforce CEO. "Our client wanted to be the first lender to fully support the President's newly launched "Making HOME Affordable" Plan and what our collective team has accomplished in one week's time was nothing short of extradorinary."

"We're proud to be part of a program that aims to keep more people in their homes. From a technology perspective, we're delighted to see our investment in the platform pay off for our clients by getting them operational in a fraction of the time normally associated with a project of this complexity," said Vytas Kisielius, CMC CEO. "Any lender who is struggling to respond to the administration's direction can also take advantage of this solution to be operational very quickly."

CMC was already the leading provider of loss mitigation solutions for pre-delinquent mortgages, and with the launch of this latest program the company now provides loss mitigation solutions for over seven percent of all U.S. mortgages.
