The State of California Approves Company Name Change to LIGATT Security International

After several weeks of anticipation, Intelligent
Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTP) has finally received approval from the
State of California Secretary of State's office authorizing the requested
name change to LIGATT Security International.
Intelligent Sports President Thomas Hobson and Secretary of the Board of
Directors Andre Bossieux announced their resignation and have appointed
LIGATT Security, LLC Director Gregory Evans as Chairman of the Board and
CEO, and LaKesha Wilson as President and Secretary of the Board of
Directors.
