San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, February 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- A recent visit by San Diego Padre attorney Jeremy Horowitz brought smiles to 2 teams that were supplied gloves through Century 21 Gold Coast Realty's General Manager Ross Talner. All three Century 21 Gold Coast Realty offices ask their clients to bring down any donations to support baseball and often thank them on their web sites.

Barry Oliver is the Broker/Owner for the Century 21 Gold Coast Realty's three offices in San Juan del Sur, Popoyo the Marina office in Chinandega, and is one of the foremost experts on Real Estate in the area. On a recent phone interview Barry said, “We enjoy supporting the communities around our offices in ways that will lead to future growth. Our donations go primarily to education and sports. Our San Juan office has several little league teams along with championship soccer and basketball teams. Our Marina office men's baseball team won the championship two years ago and just finished off another victorious season winning this year's championship in a seven game series.”

Both Barry and Ross grew up in San Diego as Padres fans and are excited to be able to work through such a great organization to help the people of Nicaragua and their communities.
