Over the years, Icon Model Management, Toronto has seen significant growth and fantastic success with its models as well its clients. Icon models, with its highly knowledgeable and dedicated staff, work with models to provide a long-lasting career in all aspects of the industry, including print, commercial, video, television and more. Part of Icon's philosophy is to consider each model individually, taking into account his or her strengths, weaknesses and personal circumstances. Icon believes that tailoring each model's career will allow them to prolong it to its utmost potential, and will essentially provide the model and the agency with more opportunities. Such approach has proven to be successful, as Icon's models have appeared in numerous print campaigns for some of the world's most recognized designers. Their models have also appeared in television ads, shows, films, music videos and print ads. The endless knowledge and ample experience of the Icon Models' staff allow them to represent models internationally throughout five continents. Their knowledge and understanding of the various markets of the industry also allow Icon to provide their models with numerous opportunities in each of the divisions. One of such endeavors began in 2007, when Icon took a huge step in the international modeling industry, by partnering up with another noted agency, PT Models, located in Taipei, Taiwan. PT Models was established in 1983 and has since expanded internationally, starting with Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea in 1995. By 2002, due to the agency's increasingly rapid growth in China, a branch was established in Shanghai. PT Models has already expanded its business to Canada once before, by establishing a scouting office in Vancouver.
