TFCC's Mutual Assistance Routing System Nominated for S.E.E. Industry Excellence Award

Already a success, Twenty First Century Communications'
Mutual Assistance Routing System (MARS) has been
nominated for the 2009 Southeastern Electric Exchange (S.E.E.) Industry
Excellence Award!

The S.E.E. Industry
Excellence Awards honor the most outstanding products/projects
developed or implemented by member utilities. The winners will be announced
during the General Session of the 2009 S.E.E. Annual Conference and Trade
Show.
MARS was developed through a collaboration between Twenty First Century
Communications and the utility members of the S.E.E.
Mutual Assistance is the cornerstone of an industry that truly values
safety and service. Practiced in times of trouble, it has always meant line
crews, equipment and other resources related to power restoration. Until
now, there has been no practical, cost-effective way for utilities to help
each other in the call center.
Now, with a new emergency preparedness tool, utilities can share customer
service support as well as line crews and equipment. Learn about MARS from
the utilities that are already benefitting from the system -- a system
designed by utilities, for utilities.
