Who's Got Game? Azteca America Sets the Record Straight on Mexican First Division Soccer League Rights
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Azteca America announced today that
it continues to be the "Casa del Futbol Mexicano" with exclusive broadcast
television rights for five of the most dynamic teams of the FLM First Division
league for the 2009 Closing Season with La Liga Azteca, Futbol Mexicano

The season will include exclusive broadcasts of last season's runner up,
Cruz Azul, as well as Azteca's own Monarcas Morela, plusPuebla, Jaguares and
Indios with an eye on repeating the network's success of three teams in last
season's quarterfinals, two teams in the semifinals and the live exclusive
broadcast of the Opening Season final opener.
The network will air over 40 games for the current season. Azteca America
also has guaranteed exclusive rights to the playoff cycle, including wild
card, quarterfinal, semifinal and final matches depending on the success of
the five teams.

transmissions featuring Carlos Guerrero and Paco Gonzalez with some of the top
sports analysts of Mexican soccer, including Luis Omar Tapia, Emilio Fernando

Transmissions are presented with pregame show Antesala Deportivo. Sports
coverage also includes weekend sports roundup hit DeporTV America.
