TURKEY'S 1ST INVESTOR RELATIONS AWARDS HAVE BEEN LAUNCHED!


Votes are currently being collected by Thomson Reuters Extel Survey.
The subsequent in-depth selection process will be the prelude
to a glamorous ceremony, at The Four Seasons Bosphorus Hotel -
Istanbul, on 28th May 2009, where the winners will be announced.

The Investor Relations Awards provide a unique opportunity to celebrate
and publicise the achievements of IR professionals and companies in
Turkey. Acclaro, Turkey's leading Investor Relations and Corporate
Governance Consultancy, aims to create an internationally recognised
benchmark for Excellence in Investor Relations in Turkey.


Nominees go through an in-depth selection process including initial
polling undertaken by Thomson Reuters Extel Survey and audited by
Deloitte - this is the most rigorous survey of sentiment amongst
buyside and sellside analysts towards companies and the effectiveness
of their investor relations activities.


The Thomson Reuters Extel Survey will be supplemented by additional
research by Acclaro and handed over to an Independent Selection Panel,
consisting of internationally recognised experts, Senior Management of
Leading Turkish Companies, and International Academia who will make the
final winners decision.


The climax of the process will be a glamorous Gala Awards Dinner, at
the stunning Four Seasons Bosphorus Hotel in Istanbul - 28th May 2009,
attended by leading industry professionals from within Turkey's
business world.


The Awards are supported by both international and domestic industry
bodies and the financial community.
