Fox News Only Major Network To Cover Bush's Homecoming Speech
By Robert Paul Reyes
"Late Tuesday afternoon, Fox News was the only major national TV outlet that carried a live telecast of former President Bush's homecoming speech to cheering supporters in Midland, Texas.
'Sometimes what I did wasn't popular,' a smiling Bush told the crowd. 'But that's OK. I always did what I thought was right.'"

The inauguration of the first African American president demanded wall-to-wall coverage from the cable news networks, and President Bush's homecoming speech was a footnote in history that didn't deserve any coverage.
The right-leaning Fox News did a disservice to their viewers by giving a disgraced president one more chance to spout his lies and distortions.
Bush left office with the lowest approval ratings of any president in history, doesn't Fox News understand that we are sick and tired of Dubya?
We've all had a acrimonious break-up with a lover, after the final argument you rip all the photos, mementos and anything that could possibly remind you of her. That's the way the American electorate feels about Bush, we don't want to see his silly mug on the TV.
Memo to Fox News: Bush is history, Obama is the president and you should be covering everything he says and does.
