Crimson Trace Files Lawsuit Against LaserMax
WILSONVILLE, Ore., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Crimson Trace Corporation, Inc,
theOregon-based manufacturer of LASERGRIPS(R) laser sights, filed suit in
U.S. District Court inPortland, Oregon against LaserMax, Inc. ofRochester,
New York to address LaserMax's infringement of fourUnited States patents.
Crimson Trace seeks court-ordered injunctive relief and unspecified
damages for patents assigned to the company related to laser sighting devices
for firearms.

U.S. District Court inPortland, Oregon.
