Fore A Partners, Anthony Baker, Mike Mckee Vindicated / Federal Court Denies Infinite Software
RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Fore A Partners

class technology, announced today that United States District Court, Central
District ofCalifornia, Western Division denied critical elements of case
number CV08-06249R.
Infinite Software Corporation and Altos Technology Group, Inc sought,
through injunctive relief, to prohibit Fore A Partners, Anthony Baker, Mike
Mckee and employees from conducting business.
The Honorable Judge Manuel L Real found in favor of Fore A Partners. Judge
Real found that Anthony Baker's employment contract prevented him from
soliciting Alto's employees and customers for 36 months. The other three
defendants are not parties to an employment agreement so Judge Real further
found that ["a]ll other relief sought by plaintiffs in their motion for
preliminary injunction is denied."
