Planned Merger of Rudy Beverages and MHLI Terminated

Marshall Holdings International, Inc. (OTCBB: MHLI) -- "Marshall Holdings has completed its due diligence with regard to the planned merger of Rudy Beverage and has decided that it is not in the best interests of the Company to proceed at this time," stated Elwood Sprenger, Marshall's Chairman. He continued, "The Company will continue to look for acquisitions and/or mergers that fit our business model and strengthen the Company's distribution.
