NAVTEQ Features Content to 'Navigate Your World' at 2009 International Consumer Electronics Show

showcasing a broad scope of cutting-edge mapping solutions and devices at the
2009 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) inLas Vegas (booth #36226,

product and services and an impressive "device wall" featuring a wide range of

of the booth will be the unveiling of two significant NAVTEQ product

NAVTEQ demonstrates three integral offerings of its dynamic POI content
portfolio: Air Travel Status, Event Listings and Fuel Prices. NAVTEQ dynamic
POI content -- launching first in the U.S., with expansion toEurope
thereafter -- brings the map to life with robust, relevant and real-time
information that lends itself to quick and flexible integration into location-
aware navigation applications.
Additionally, an in-booth demonstration will feature rich POI content,
which provides travel, leisure and lifestyle content from well-known, high
quality brands. In fact, at CES, NAVTEQ will discuss significant additions to
its rich POI content portfolio from Travel Channel and Yelp.
As with all POI content products from NAVTEQ, content from these new
products is precisely geocoded and matched to Core POI on the NAVTEQ map
wherever possible; these steps reduce customer costs and speed content
integration.
Other NAVTEQ product and services demonstrations include:
-- Fuel Efficiency: A kiosk featuring Magneti Marrelli will provide
visitors with greater insight into the "green" movement by showcasing fuel
efficiency through green routing and eco-driving utilizing digital map data.
-- NAVTEQ Discover Cities(TM): A demonstration application from NAVITIME
will highlight NAVTEQ's integrated package of pedestrian-centric content that
enables people to orient themselves and navigate efficiently by foot and via
public transit systems.
-- NAVTEQ Traffic(TM): An overview will be given of the offerings in the
NAVTEQ Traffic portfolio including a comprehensive array of proprietary data
sources: probe, sensor, historical and combined incident and flow information.

The data bundle also includes the NAVTEQ Smart Traffic Processor(TM), a unique
