BIH Corporation Announces Dividend Payment Dates
FT. MYERS, Fla., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BIH Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: BIHC) today announced its scheduled dividend payment dates. As set by the Company's Transfer Agent, the following dates for payment are as follows:
Ex-date: 1/19/2009
Record date: 1/21/2009
Payment date: 1/29/2009
These dates are subject to FINRA approval, scheduling and execution as far as the Company and its Transfer Agent are concerned these are the scheduled dates. The Company realizes that it is late regarding the payment of dividends and apologizes to its shareholders and all others concerned.
