Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. Schedules January 2009 Intra-Quarter Stockholder Update Call and Provides Dividend Election Reminder
SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO) announced today that it will hold a conference call on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. EST (2:00 p.m. PST) to update stockholders on fourth quarter 2008 top-line performance through December.
Additionally, all common stockholders of record as of December 19, 2008 should have received information and dividend election materials regarding the Company's dividend declared on December 11, 2008. Stockholders who have not yet received such dividend election materials and who wish to elect to receive the dividend in cash should immediately contact their bank, broker, nominee or the transfer agent (American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC) at (718) 921-8283 or toll free at (800) 278-4353. Cash election forms must be received by the Transfer Agent no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on January 7, 2009. Stockholders who do not validly elect to receive the dividend in cash will receive the dividend in shares of common stock.
